We teach Tchi Kung for rejuvenation and good health. With his experience on Kung Fu and Chinese Medicine, the master Yip has created a series of exercises called Yau-Man Yang Shang Tchi Kung. These exercises benefit from the energies of the sky, the earth and the man.
The sky is the Yang energy. The earth enegy is transmited through the forests and plants and represents the Yin energy. These two energies united with the human body's energy meet at the lower abdomen and transform on the vital energy that circulates through the organs, veins, head and all the body.
The practioner of Tchi Kung will feel the warmth of the energy circulating on his body. With Tchi Kung training, the student won't feel tired and will have more energy to live and work.
